The Packhouse Burger is named in honor of Williamsburg County farmers, James Atwood Scott and Claude Burgan Hucks. Many farmers built Packhouses as a place to store their agricultural products for later use for their families or to take to local markets.

The Black River Po' Boy Sandwich is named in recognition a major river that flows through the middle of Williamsburg County. The Town of Kingstree sits on the banks of the Black River. This river has provided countless Kingstree and Williamsburg County residents with a place to swim, fish and hunt. It is the Black River that King George of England, in the 18th century, used to transport tall pines from the Kingstree and Williamsburg County area to the coast in the construction of his ships.

Millwood Shrimp and Grits is named in recognition of the community where the owner of the Kingstree Depot, Family Restaurant and Diner, grew up. The Millwood community is located east of Kingstree off of Hwy 527 on Twins Road. Millwood is known as the home of S.A. Guerry & Son Store which was established in 1905. The original store burned and was replaced with a more modern building.

The Depot Salad, Club Sandwich and B.L.T Sandwich
The Depot Salad, Club Sandwich and B.L.T. Sandwich is named in recognition of the building that the Kingstree Depot, Family Restaurant and Diner, calls home. The Kingstree Train Station was built in 1909 by the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad and played an important role in the processing and transportation of agricultural products from Kingstree and Williamsburg County throughout South Carolina and beyond.

Indiantown Steak Salad
The Indiantown Steak Salad is named in recognition of a community that dates back to the 1700's in Williamsburg County. The Indiantown community is located on Hwy 261 between the towns of Kingstree and Hemingway. This community played a role during the American Revolution.

Black Mingo Creek Fish Sandwich
The Black Mingo Creek Fish Sandwich is named in recognition of one of Williamsburg County's first settlements. The Black Mingo Creek community is located on Hwy 41 on the Williamsburg and Georgetown County line. It was at this location that a skirmish occurred during the American Revolution led by Patriot General Francis Marion against British troops.

Cedar Swamp Salmon Patty Plate
The Cedar Swamp Salmon Patty Plate is named in recognition of a small Williamsburg County community located on the Cedar Swamp Road off of Thurgood Marshall Highway, east of the Town of Kingstree. Cedar Swamp is home to the McCutchen Training Center where the King's Tree Trials are held each year.

The Brick Chimney Burger
The Brick Chimney Burger is named in recognition of the old Brick Chimney landing on the Black River. This landing was located in the Millwood community of Williamsburg County on Simms Reach Road. This landing was used by many residents of the Millwood community as access for fishing and recreation.

The Sandy Bay Steak Sandwich
The Sandy Bay Steak Sandwich is named in recognition of the Sandy Bay community located west of the Town of Kingstree in Williamsburg County on the Sandy Bay Road. Sandy Bay is home to the Williamsburg County Regional Airport. Sandy Bay is also the home of the late Charlie Walker who was a storyteller, columnist, radio personality, voice of Williamsburg County and the Fighting Stallions of Williamsburg Academy.
